1)The Seawater Lift Pump can run in the offshore environment, and VENDOR shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain final certificate of the package from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, DNV, BV and CCS.
？Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
1) Since Jan. 1st, 2013 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated(The date of signing the contract shall prevail),The manufacturer of the products invested by VENDORshall have at least two contract of seawater lift pump, and meet the technical requirements of capacity not less than 1500m3/h,discharge pressure not less than 300kPaG. VENDOR shall furnish reference List in given form？for the above-mentioned Requirement for BIDDER"s reference, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by VENDOR shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods will be deemed invalid.
