①The original letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer;
② The original letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer"s wholly-owned subsidiary;
③A copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent (stamped with the official seal of the regional agent and the supplier) and the original of the authorization letter issued by the regional agent;
(2)The bidder has a perfect after-sales service system in the mainland of the People"s Republic of China. 1) Provide technical support service and lifelong maintenance service, provide personnel list and contact information;
(3)The bidder shall have corresponding experience in equipment production or sales, and shall provide corresponding performance certification materials.
