3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:Bidders within the customs territory shall provide a valid copy of their business license or legal representative certificate of a public institution. Bidders within the customs territory shall provide audit reports or financial statements for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, and their net profit shall not be continuously lost for two years. If the establishment time of the bidder belongs to one of the above-mentioned specified years, it is exempt from submitting information from the current year and before that year. If a consolidated report is provided, the consolidated data shall prevail. Contract Reference Requirement:The supplier should be capable of installation, commissioning, and on-site after-sales service within 24 hours in China, have experience and contracts in providing similar controller writing equipment that has been put into use, and provide relevant acceptance reports. According to the requirements of FAW-Volkswagen, the supplier should provide the overall equipment layout of the filling room, equipment structure, circuit diagram, spare parts list, and other relevant equipment technical data (all is required).
