Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2019, there must be more than 70 sales records of the same type of equipment, and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance evidence of contract or purchase order).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected.
