3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person in accordance with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China.

2) When the bidder is an agent, they must provide the original copy of the unique authorization document issued by the manufacturer of the bidding product for this project.

3) Performance requirements: The bidding products should have at least 10 SAP devices of the same or similar models that have successfully operated for two years or more under the same or similar operating conditions, with a scale of 30000 tons or above, within the manufacturer"s design and manufacturing experience. Do not use prototypes or trial products.

4) Bidders must submit their bids on an electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Mechanical and Electrical Product Trading Platform") before the bidding deadline.
