3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、The bidder shall be the manufacturer (integrator) or agent of batch processing equipment for advanced composite material in the bidding equipment. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a letter of authorization directly issued by the manufacturer (integrator) of batch processing equipment for advanced composite material in the bidding equipment, otherwise its bid will be rejected.
(Note: The "manufacturer (integrator) of batch processing equipment for advanced composite material" here refers to the entity that manufactures, processes or assembles important and major components into batch processing equipment for advanced composite material, the same as below.)
2、1) The bidder from inside the PRC customs territory (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must provide the following certificates:
①Business license, legal person certificate of public institution or other legal registration certificates;
2) The bidder from outside the PRC customs territory (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must provide the following certificates:
①Valid business permit;
3、Performance requirements: The bidder shall provide at least one set of performance of the same brand manufacturer"s batch processing equipment for advanced composite material for the Project from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bid submission and similar goods (batch processing equipment for advanced composite material) in this bidding, and shall provide corresponding sales contracts or sales orders as supporting materials. The sales contract or order shall reflect the key information such as signing time, content of sold products, signature and seal, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid supporting materials.
4、1) The bidder from inside the PRC customs territory (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a Certificate of Credit Standing from the bank which the basic account was opened, issued within three months prior to the date of bid opening.
2) The bidder from outside the PRC customs territory (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a Certificate of Credit Standing from the bank which the account was opened, issued within three months prior to the date of bid opening.
