3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall be an independent legal entity legally established and effectively existing in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
This project accepts bids from both manufacturers and their sales agents. A manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in bidding for goods of the same brand and model (if the bidder is an agent, they must have a unique agency authorization letter issued by the proposed special vehicle manufacturer for this project).
The manufacturer of the goods to be supplied must have an ISO9000 series quality management system certification and be within its validity period. (A copy of the valid certification certificate must be provided).
The proposed supplies must be included in the airport equipment notice published by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
5 bidders are required to provide performance test reports and inspection records of the proposed goods
6. The cumulative global sales volume of the proposed goods in the past 5 years (from January 1, 2019 to present) shall not be less than 10 vehicles (non military airports), of which no less than 3 vehicles (non military airports) shall be sold in China, and a certificate of good operation of the proposed goods issued by more than 1 domestic user shall be provided.
7. The manufacturer of the intended goods shall have a permanent after-sales service agency within the territory of the People"s Republic of China. The resident after-sales service agency has a warehouse for vulnerable parts and commonly used spare parts, and provides at least one certificate of satisfaction with after-sales service issued by domestic users.
8 bidders (authorized agents of overseas manufacturers or domestic manufacturers or domestic manufacturers and their authorized agents) are not listed as dishonest persons by the Supreme People"s Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn).
9 units with the same person in charge or different units with controlling or management relationships are not allowed to bid simultaneously in this bidding project.
