Class II: Have the "Class II Medical device management record Certificate" (except the bidder is a manufacturing enterprise), and provide the "Medical device Production License" (except imported equipment) and "Medical device Registration Certificate" of the invested products. Three categories: have the Medical Device Business License (except the bidder is a manufacturing enterprise), and provide the Medical device Production License (except imported equipment) and Medical Device Registration Certificate of the invested products. Provide photocopies of documents that fit the category of response. Do not belong to the medical device products, do not need to provide. (unless the bidder is a manufacturing enterprise), and provide the Medical Device Production License and Medical Device Registration Certificate of the invested products.
