3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or agent of the equipment to be bidden, and one of the following shall be provided if the bidder is an agent:
(1) Authorization letter directly issued by the manufacturer (integrator) ;
(2) Authorization letter issued by an affiliate of the manufacturer (integrator) ----(an affiliate refers to a company holding or held by the manufacturer/integrator, or a company that belongs to the same group as the manufacturer/integrator, and a valid certificate of affiliation is required);
(3) Authorization letter issued by the regional distributor authorized by the manufacturer/integrator (valid certification materials for regional distributor are required).
2.Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical and production capacities required to perform the contract (the format should meet the requirements of "Format of Power of Attorney from Head of Unit/Company", "Form of Qualification Declaration", "Form of Manufacturer"s Declaration of Qualification", "Form of Qualification Statement of Bidder (as Agent)", "Form of Letter of Authorization issued by Manufacturer" and "Form of Certificate" in Chapter 04 Format of Bidding Documents).
3.Performance requirements: From January 1, 2019 to the present (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder must have the sales contract of at least one (1) set of laser layup positioning system with the same brand and model in the People"s Republic of China, and the key pages of the corresponding contract are required (at least including the stamp or signature page of both parties A and B, the content and quantity of the sales products, and the time of signing the contract).
4.1) Bidders within the Customs Territory of PRC (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank that opened the basic account within three (3) months before the bid opening date;
Bidders outside the Customs Territory of PRC (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened an account within three (3) months before the bid opening date.
(If the credit certificate clearly indicates that the copy is invalid, the original copy must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to review the original).
5.1) Bidders within the Customs Territory of PRC (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
