Description

This Request for Qualification and Proposal (RFQP) is to solicit interested and qualified suppliers for the provision of General Contracting (GC) Vendor of Record (VOR) services on an “as and when needed” basis for Small Works (SW) projects having a value estimated at less than $50,000.

In addition, vendors can apply to become a Facility Management VOR by providing a response in Envelope 2. The scope of these VOR"s are buildings, facilities and properties within the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) Portfolio.

Existing ARCW VOR vendor’s will need to submit a bid response in order to be considered for this VOR.

Additionally, BGIS is interested in obtaining all‑inclusive rates from interested and qualified Respondents for the provision of General Contracting (GC) Vendor of Record (VOR) services, to be delivered on an “as‑and‑when‑needed” basis in support of Facility Management Services (FMS).

Vendors interested in this VOR must have clicked "YES" within APPENDIX "A" PROPOSAL SUBMISSION FORM. Submission hat have been left blank or selected "NO" will not be evaluated further.

To be evaluated Bidders must complete APPENDIX "J" and Attachment 1 - FMS VOR Price Matrix and submit in Envelope 2.
