Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), through this Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP), invites independent third-party Commissioning Authority (“CxAu”) firms and teams to submit proposals for the provision of Commissioning Authority Services for the planned eight-story Student Housing facility located at the KPU Surrey Newton campus (12666 72 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 2M8) (“Project”).

The successful Proponent is expected to be a third-party advisor for the Owner; leading the commissioning team, advocating for the Owner, and reviewing documentation and construction activities to ensure that the Owner’s requirements are being met at all times.
