Description

The Village of Lytton is seeking proposals for the design and engineering of a structure to house emergency services including fire, ambulance, an emergency operation centre, and community support facilities.

The Village of Lytton is planning to construct a new Fire and Emergency Services Centre to replace the Fire Hall lost in the 2021
fire. The Fire and Emergency Services Centre will be located at 200 Loring Way on a previously undeveloped lot. The Fire and
Emergency Services Centre is anticipated to include the Fire Hall, Emergency Operations Centre and facilities to support the
community in the event of an emergency. Space for an integrated Ambulance Facility will also be part of the design.
