This project involves undertaking targeted upgrades to the four public washrooms (two men"s, two women"s) located on the first floor. The scope includes restoring and resealing heritage floor tiles, repairing and colour-matching damaged heritage wall tiles, replacing deteriorated washroom metal partitions, refinishing wood entrance doors and frames, updating accessories, patching and painting walls and ceilings along with various other upgrades outlined within the Design Drawings and Specifications. Given the low complexity nature of the project the contractor is to work closely with the BGIS project team to ensure these standards are upheld and the finished product meets the intended quality and presentation objectives.
