The Municipality of the County of Inverness is seeking tenders for Central Avenue Phase 1, which includes two integrated infrastructure projects along the Central Avenue corridor. Project 1 consists of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain replacement, along with roadway and streetscape improvements, including retaining walls, property and driveway restoration, and installation of approximately 550 m of storm sewer, 600 m of sanitary sewer, 545 m of watermain, and 550 m of forcemain. Project 2 involves the construction of a new Lift Station No. 1, including a wet well, valve chamber, pumps, generator, and associated mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as demolition of the existing lift station and full site restoration.
