Description

BC Hydro is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of SF6 and CF4 gases, supplied in BC Hydro–owned cylinders and delivered to BC Hydro’s warehouse in Surrey, BC. BC Hydro requires suppliers to manage a range of associated services, including coordinating logistics and transportation, maintaining full cylinder traceability, picking up, receiving, and processing residual gases, recycling and refilling cylinders, refurbishing and re-certifying existing cylinders, and supplying new cylinders when required.


The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 3 years, which may be extended for up to 7 years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of 10 years.
