This project involves the regular maintenance and cutting of grass on infill lots, which are vacant or underutilized Moose Jaw owned, or Moose Jaw controlled parcels of land within the limits of the City of Moose Jaw. The primary tasks include mowing, trimming, debris removal, and periodic inspection to ensure the lots are neat, clean, and safe.

Scope of the Work 1.
1. Mowing:
• Frequency: Once every three (3) weeks or two (2) times a season during the growing season (May to September)
