The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified architectural firm to act as a prime consultant and coordinating registered professional for the Rocky Ridge Fieldhouse. The Consultant will lead a single integrated team providing full services from pre-design through post-construction. The project involves the design and construction of a community-level fieldhouse on a 10 acre site east of the Shane Homes YMCA, along Country Hills Boulevard NW. The facility will house a standard FIFA-sized field with associated support spaces. The fieldhouse will be designed to achieve LEED v5 silver certification. The project spans the seven phases: pre-design validation, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, procurement services assistance, construction administration, and post construction.
