Description

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Link Nova Scotia (“LNS”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.

The operation of an inter-municipal transit service, including the provision and maintenance of vehicles is proposed to be contracted to a service provider. Link Nova Scotia is issuing this RFI to

1) understand the capability and willingness of contracted service providers to offer the desired service and
2) gain insight around possible timelines to operationalize a service.

It is also intended to gather information on how the proposed service could be adjusted to accommodate increased demand over time, and to identify risks associated with the proposed service delivery model.
