Description

This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for construction services on MTO Highway 400 and 9 Patrol Yard Garage for a new Material Storage Building, Electrical Upgrade in Existing Garage and the replacement and expansion of existing asphalt at the MTO Highway 400 and 9 Patrol Yard (Highway 9, King, Ontario). Located 0.84 km West of Highway 400 Junction at Highway 9.

Scope of Work
The scope of work consists of a new material storage building, all including cast in place concrete foundation. The work includes all applicable mechanical and electrical works, site servicing, site grading, granular and asphalt placement, and drainage improvements.

The work also consists of site electrical removals, asphalt removal, site services removal, pipe removals, drainage infrastructure removal, and landscaping.
The Contract start date approximately is June 2026, until approximately December, 2026.
