Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Elevate Society for the supply and delivery of catering services delivered to Engineering staff while attending the Department Operations Center, including a morning and afternoon shift for the 2026 FIFA World Cup being hosted in Vancouver.

Catering is required for two shifts including a morning shift and afternoon shift from June 8th, 2026, to July 19th, 2026, where engineering staff will be working in the Department Operations Center supporting the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted in Vancouver. Catering for both shifts includes water, coffee, snacks, sandwiches and salads. Caterer to provide two touch points per shift.

Engineering was not included in the catering plan which was led by VEMA (EOC), and due to operational requirements and timing considerations, the service will be procured through a sole source process.

The contract is valued at approximately $22,736.00.
