3rd Party Commissioning of Air Source Heat Pump: The Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP HP-1) on the roof and Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) in the building are unable to find the common temperature range within their operating limits. The current outdoor ASHP (HP-1) is unable to operate within the range that the building system is designed for in the building.
Outdoor rooftop ASHP (HP-1) is located outside the penthouse mechanical room and WSHPs are located throughout the building in the ceiling space. The issue is mostly within ASHP and mechanical penthouse.
The Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP HP-1) on the roof and Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) in the building are unable to find the common temperature range within their operating limits. The HP-1 was unable to provide the water temperature that the building system is designed for.
