Description

The City of Delta is seeking proposals from engineering consulting companies with relevant knowledge and experience to prepare an Asset Management Plan (AMP) for the City’s drainage and irrigation system infrastructure assets.

Based on the City’s existing asset inventory and systems in place, the new AMP will provide direction and guidance on the timing and costs of future asset renewals, assess the system level of service (LOS), estimated remaining service life, estimated capacity used of each asset, and identify major system risks and mitigation measures. Additionally, the successful proponent will develop a financial model to assess the annual funding levels required to maintain the City’s asset inventories in the short-term and long-term, as well as identify funding gaps and mitigation measures.
