Description

The School District No. 60 (Peace River North) (“SD60”) is intending to undertake HVAC upgrades at Bert Ambrose Elementary School, 9616 115 Avenue, Fort St John, BC V1J 2Y1 (the “Project”) consisting of the replacement of three (3) RBI 750 MBH Atmospheric Boilers with four (4) Viessmann 399 MBH Condensing Boilers on a rack back to back including associated piping, pumps and valves. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to invite interested parties to make submissions for the design-build of this project (the “Services”) to ensure completion by August 31, 2026. Proponents may submit proposals for either component of the Project or the entire Project.

Scope SD60 is intending to undertake HVAC upgrades at Bert Ambrose Elementary School, 9616 115 Avenue, Fort St. John, BC (the “Project”) consisting of:
• Replacement of three (3) RBI 750 MBH Atmospheric Boilers with four (4) Viessmann 399 MBH Condensing Boilers on a rack back to back including associated piping, pumps and valves;
• Boiler controls to be provided and installed by DDC contractor;
with all work completed and commissioned by no later than August 31, 2026.

A mandatory site tour of Bert Ambrose Elementary will be held at 9:00am, April 21, 2026.
