Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Education is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Bryant Electric LTD (the “Supplier”).

The District is contemplating a direct award with the Supplier for the following reasons: This project must be completed within the short construction season in Dease Lake, which does not allow time for tender periods for material and supplier procurement. In addition, this project will require short notice response time for maintenance and service work. As Bryant Electric is the Electrical Operating Permit holder for these facilities, their in-depth knowledge will assure a cost effective project delivery while maintaining required response times.
