The purpose of this market scan is to find the technology that will be able to track vehicle Noise and record an image or images of the vehicle that is in excess of the programmed trigger noise threshold. The image (or images) captured would contain a data bar with all the pertinent information of the speed infraction (including but not limited to the date/time, posted speed, Noise level, image number, location, site code, operator ID, equipment ID)
