The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced companies for the provision of Janitorial Services at the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) Lakeside Office @ 202 Lakeside Drive. Nelson BC V1L 6B9. The RDCK Lakeside Office is an approximate 13,000 square foot office building that operates five days a week during public service hours. The office is a hybrid work environment and the number of staff on any given day can vary from 10 employees to 80 depending on the month and day of week. The specific requirements to fulfill the need are further defined in this document.

A Site visit is Mandatory for Proponents prior to submitting a Proposal. Proponents should examine the Site and Site visit information, and before submitting a Proposal, shall satisfy themselves as to the nature of the Site.
