• Request for Bids for the supply and delivery of galvanized corrugated steel culverts, couplers, and fastening hardware for the Ministry of Natural Resources (Hearst, Cochrane, Kapuskasing District). Materials will support upcoming road maintenance and infrastructure work. The successful Supplier will provide all items identified in the Commercial Envelope and deliver them to the Ministry’s designated location in Hearst, Ontario.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry requires the supply and delivery of galvanized corrugated steel culverts, couplers, and fastening hardware in various sizes to support maintenance and rehabilitation work on Crown forest access roads. Materials are required prior to the 2026 operational season.
  All items must be delivered FOB destination to the Ministry storage yard at 1649 Highway 11 West, Hearst, Ontario. The Supplier must provide advance notice prior to shipment to allow the Ministry to coordinate site access and unloading. All materials must meet applicable Ontario Provincial Standards (OPSS/OPSD). Quantities listed in the Commercial Envelope are estimates and may be adjusted by mutual agreement following bid evaluation.
