Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Supply and Delivery of HVAC Filters to Various Bus Facilities

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The contract is for the Supply and Delivery of HVAC Filters as required at various Bus Facilities locations. Metrolinx requested HVAC Filters are listed as per Attachment 1 – HVAC Filters.
All supplied HVAC filters must meet the MERV ratings as shown in Attachment 1- HVAC Filters. All products must be new and strictly adhere to the specification. Remanufactured units of any type will not be accepted.
Upon the request of Metrolinx, the Vendor shall supply a back-order report detailing and outlining Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) for each part and order line for any lead times of more than five (5) Calendar Days.
All products supplied by the Vendor shall be warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least ninety (90) days commencing from the date of delivery.
The quantity of any product is not guaranteed. These are estimates based on historic usage and the actual quantity may vary. Vendor shall only be paid for actual products received and accepted by METROLINX.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
