Description

Lac La Biche County is seeking to enter into an Agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide Cold Mix Road Work and Installation services. Several sections of the roadways identified in this Request for Proposal have experienced base failures resulting in depressions, blowouts, and washboard conditions that present safety concerns for the traveling public. To restore these areas to a safe and durable condition, the County requires the repair of all failed subbase sections, followed by milling of the existing surface material and the installation of a 76.2 mm overlay for the full roadway lengths, subdivisions, or segments.
