Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this Solicitation of Offers for the acquisition of specialized testing, analysis and development services in the field of electro-optical guidance systems, which may introduce laser, pseudo-imaging or imaging guidance techniques and sophisticated mechanisms for countermeasure discrimination located in Valcartier Research Center (VRC), as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
