Description

The Town of Sylvan Lake is seeking submissions from qualified contractors for the 2024 Capital Projects – Water & Wastewater. The project includes, but not limited to the following:

• CP2415 Construction of a new water distribution main (approximately 1,800 lin.m);
• CP2413 Construction of a new sanitary sewer main (deep; approximately 400 lin.m);
• CP2601 Paving of Memorial Trail from 60th Street to the Podagl Park Campground Access (approximately 6,500 sq.m); and
• Other related works

Pretender meeting and site visit (both optional) are scheduled for 1:00pm Mountain Time on Wednesday, August 8, 2026 at the Municipal Government Building, 5012 48 Avenue.
