Description

City of Prince George (the “City “) invites bids from qualified manufacturers for the supply, delivery and installation of one (1) prefabricated concrete washroom for Rainbow Park, located at 3800 Rainbow Dr, Prince George, BC. The proposed site is situated directly south and approximately 72m away from Fire Hall #2. Scope of work associated with the supply and installation of a 115 liter electric hot water tank will be a Provisional Item.

The washroom must be fully accessible and meet British Columbia Building Code Accessibility standards (Building Accessibility Handbook). The facility will be used for all ages, as families regularly gather at the park to enjoy the other amenities on site.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
