Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from qualified, experienced and licensed companies for “as, if and when required,” for the supply and delivery of Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services as stated within this RFP.

The Scope of Work may include, but not limited to:
a) Scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks:
• Drain cleaning and camera inspection
• Sump system servicing
• Lift stations
b) Corrective Maintenance and Repair Services:
• Piping system leaks
• Clogged drains
• Camera inspection of piping systems
• Failed plumbing fixtures
• Underground plumbing system/pipe repairs
c) Minor project work and asset replacements:
• Plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers, faucets, etc.)
• Hot water heaters and storage tanks
• Hot water on demand units
• Drinking fountains
• Piping system
