OVERVIEW:

The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced Contractor to carry out Electrical Upgrades - Phase 3 at the Moncton Coliseum Agrena located at 377 Killam Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick.

The project includes but is not limited to:

.1 Modification to various 600V and 208V distribution feeders.
.2 Replace of various branch circuit panels and branch circuit wiring.
.3 Modification to medium voltage connection for secondary unit substation.
.4 Modifications to various branch circuit wiring.
.5 Various repairs to existing panels.
.6 Firestopping of all openings out of main electrical room.
.7 Installation of new ceiling, including related work to install fire dampers for intake and exhaust dampers for room ventilation and relocate sprinkler head to accommodate new ceiling.
.8 Contractor shall provide temporary power as required to maintain the building fire alarm system during extended shutdowns.
