Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to design, manufacture, and install a new playground at Cedar Community Park. The total budget for the Cedar Community Park is $250,000 excluding GST. The desired completion date is September 8, 2026.

This project includes the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new playground. The installation component will include mobilization, site preparation, installation of the playground structure(s), installation of a playground border and accessible ramp, construction of an accessible connecting path between the playground and existing parking lot, and supply and installation of engineered wood fiber and poured in place rubberized safety surfacing.
