Description

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the Water Tower.

Work will generally include, but is not limited to:
- Demolition and removal of an existing fixed ladder.
- Supply and installation of a new fixed ladder and compatible vertical lifeline system.
- Replacement and repair of damaged bracing rods.
- Supply and installation of a new water tank vent cover.
- Repair of existing foundation and parging.
- Repainting of the entire existing structure.
- Localized foundation repairs to the existing heating house.
- Supply and installation of repairs to the existing flashing, penetrations and resheeting of building and siding.
- Installation of new lighting system.
- Coordination with providing access to other contractors to complete other related water tower work.
