Edmonton Public Schools owns and operates over 230 facilities serving approximately 125,000 students. The Division Integrated Infrastructure Services (IIS), is responsible for these sites and along with continual operational maintenance, provides renewal (IMR) and capital (CMR) construction project support. In addition, IIS handles school generated program-based renovations. This competitive RFSQ seeks to solicit qualification responses from qualified Mechanical Contractors interested in being placed on the Division’s Qualified Supplier Roster (QSR) list for projects. The Division will use this QSR for various budgeted fire damper inspection / replacement / duct cleaning projects.
