The City of Delta invites qualified consulting firms with proven expertise in Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) strategy development, information governance, and enterprise change management to submit proposals for the creation of a comprehensive EDRMS Strategy and Implementation Roadmap.
The objective of this engagement is to provide the City with a practical, achievable, and costed roadmap for implementing an EDRMS that meets the needs of all City Departments, aligns with the current and future technology landscape, and supports long-term sustainability. The roadmap must:

 Assess the City’s current document and records environment
 Recommend a future-state EDRMS architecture
 Identify multiple software solutions that can meet the City’s needs
