The Municipality of Five Rivers (the "Municipality") is soliciting proposals from Consulting Engineering firms (the "Respondent") to provide the Municipality with an asset management plan and a decision-making framework that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements for asset management plans as defined by the Government of New Brunswick. To support the Respondent"s proposal, a copy of GNB"s document called "Minimum Requirements for Asset Management in Local Governments - Phase 2" will be
provided with this RFP.
