• Through this RFB, the Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver Roadside Flares to the Ministry (and potentially other Province of Ontario Police Services) on an as-and-when required basis, as described in this RFB.
• Scope of Work
  Deliverables supplied by the Vendor shall meet all specifications and requirements outlined, and shall support the sufficient ordering, delivery and payment of these Deliverables.
  
  The Flares must comply with the Highway Traffic Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  
  All Deliverables supplied by the Vendor shall be new. The Ministry will not accept used or refurbished Deliverables.
