The Town will consider quotations for the supply of a new Asphalt Shingle roof with full new product warranty, meeting the following specifications. Vendors quoting new Demonstration Equipment must clearly indicate this on the Quotation

Location of the Flare and Derrick: 131 Main Street Diamond Valley (Quonset behind the Turner Valley Public Library)

SCOPE OF ROOF WORK TO BE DONE
1. Delivery of materials and roof top load
2. Removal of all roof material, onsite garbage bin, and dump fees
3. Inspection of the roof deck (wood) for rot or sagging
4. Install eave and valley protection: Ice and Water Membrane
5. Install underlayment to the roofing surface
6. Install new drip edge metal to the entire perimeter or where needed
7. Install colour match valley metal
8. Install all roof vents, plumbing boots and goosenecks
9. Install first course of starter shingles
10. Install required step, wall flashings, or backpans on walls, chimneys or skylights
11. Install asphalt shingles
12. Install ridge cap shingles on all hips and ridges
13. Clean up site daily and full clean up on completion
14. Includes crew travel (where applicable)
