Description

The City seeks a lease for a complete Vote-Counting Equipment solution to support the 2026 General Local Election. The goal is to obtain event-ready 26 Voting Tabulators and up to 90,000 election ballots that comply with statutory, security, technical, and accessibility standards plus a minimum of one accessible voting system device.

The selected Contractor(s) must provide equipment and services municipality-wide, including device programming, imaging, configuration, training, testing for logic and accessibility, logistics, tabulator storage, technical support during voting and counting, as well as post-event retrieval and decommissioning. These requirements apply to the 2026 General Local Election.

The City reserves the right to extend the Voting Tabulator Lease to the 2030 General Local Election, as long as it fits within the scope and technical requirements of this procurement. Any extension will follow the established pricing and commercial terms.
