Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“Build NS”), to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”) Commissioning Consultant, as further described in Appendix B - RFP Particulars. This RFP is issued in accordance with the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. Build NS is seeking a Commissioning Consultant to support its obligations under the Project Agreement (“PA”) for the HIEP. The Consultant will act on behalf of Build NS to provide independent oversight, verification, coordination, and reporting throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and transition phases of the project.
