Description

Canada seeks to dispose of 1 Crown-owned residential property in Bethesda, Maryland (the “Property”) that was previously used to house Canadian diplomatic personnel posted in Washington D.C.. The work will be undertaken in Bethesda, Maryland, United States of America.

The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses.

The Contractor must utilize locally accepted standard for brokerage and representation services.
