Overview of Project:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipality of North Cowichan
(“North Cowichan”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-06 Janitorial
Services - RCMP, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the
“Deliverables”).

The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the janitorial services of our Civic
Building housing the RCMP. Proponents must have staff with the required security clearance to
service this building when the contract begins.
