Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by British Columbia Assessment Authority (“ BC Assessment”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to provide professional service, support and administration of an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for BC Assessment employees, immediate family members and dependents (the “ Services”) as set out in Section 1 of Appendix D and elsewhere in the RFP.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a Contract for a 3-year term with two 3-year options to renew the Contract on substantially the same terms and conditions, at the sole discretion of BC Assessment. The awarding of a Contract resulting from this RFP is subject to approval by BC Assessment’s board of directors.

The successful Proponent to the RFP will be eligible to bid on any future work of similar scope and complexity, where a conflict of interest does not exist.

As a service provider to BC Assessment, the Contractor will be directly bound by FIPPA. In order to be compliant with FIPPA, which governs BC public sector privacy and security requirements, any personal information must be hosted in one or more pre-existing Canadian based data centres.
