Scope of Work

Fit-up of a portion of the 3rd floor of the building to meet the tenant’s special purpose space (SPS) needs, which, in addition to their regular office space (open office area, meeting/focus rooms, employee kitchenette, storage room, electrical room, LAN/telecom room), include:

• Visitor waiting area.
• Reception.
• Interview rooms.
• Medical exam room with a sink.
• Hearing room.
• Gender-neutral accessible washroom, which must be accessible to all building occupants with its door into common space.
• Other project requirements in addition to regular fit-up items include but are not limited to:
• Installation of identification and wayfinding signage.
• Installation of automatic door openers and card readers on perimeter doors into the tenant"s office.
• Assessment of the travel pathway through the building that visitors would take, ensuring that it meets required codes and standards, including accessibility.
• Modification to the 3rd floor accessible washroom.

Attendees are to meet the BGIS representative at the building’s front entrance at the time indicated. Attendees are to send no more than two (2) representatives each on their behalf. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required to enter building electrical and mechanical rooms, such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses.
