The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified audit consulting firms to provide multidisciplinary internal audit and advisory services (IAAS) to the Corporation, which includes:

• Conducting objective, independent evaluations of the adequacy of the Corporation’s risk management, governance, and internal controls processes
• Assessing the financial integrity, economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Corporation’s operations, reporting and compliance when compared with established standards and best practices; and
• Providing value-adding recommendations on the adequacy of the Corporation’s risk management, governance, and control processes (the work).
