Alternative Capital Financing & Partnerships on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure Market Sounding Presentation - Cardston Health Centre (CHC) : The existing Cardston Health Centre (CHC) was built more than 60 years ago, it has reached the end of its lifecycle. The recommended future Cardston Health Centre, approximately 12,440 BGSM, will be constructed on a new site. The new facility will consolidate acute care, inpatient services (24 beds), emergency/ambulatory services, community-based services, and Blood Tribe Department of Health community-based services. Town of Cardston is providing the land for this facility. The Province intends to identify the most viable Alternative Financing) approach through the development of an Opportunity Paper supported by market sounding and a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI).
