  We are looking for a manufacturer or ODM partner that can help us build or white label a 24V permanent outdoor RGBW roofline lighting system similar to systems used by companies like Trimlight, Jellyfish Lighting, and Gemstone Lights.
  
  The system will be used for permanent architectural roofline lighting installations on residential homes.
  
  We are looking for a supplier that can provide either a complete white-label system or a hardware and firmware platform that can be customized and branded.
  
  System Requirements
  
  The lighting system should include the following components.
  
  LED Lighting
  
  24V RGBW addressable LED modules or pixel lights designed for permanent outdoor installation on rooflines and soffits. The lighting should be weatherproof with a minimum IP65 to IP67 rating. The system should support long roofline runs with minimal voltage drop and provide even light diffusion for architectural lighting appearance. Optional aluminum mounting track or channel systems are preferred.
  
  Controller Hardware
  
  We are looking for a smart lighting controller with the following capabilities.
  
  The controller must support 24V RGBW pixel lighting and be capable of controlling 1000 or more LEDs per controller. The controller should support WiFi or WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, with optional Ethernet support. The controller should support expandable zones or outputs and allow for OTA firmware update capability. The controller should be designed for outdoor environments and include a weather resistant enclosure.
  
  The controller should support common pixel protocols such as WS2811, UCS2904, SK6812 or similar protocols.
  
  Mobile APP and Software Platform
  
  Mobile APP control with white label capabilities is a key requirement.
  
  The system must include iOS and Android mobile applications that can be branded with our company identity. The APP should allow full color control and brightness adjustment, include pre-programmed lighting scenes and animations, provide holiday themes such as Christmas and Halloween, and support scheduling and timers.
  
  The platform should support multiple lighting zones and OTA firmware updates. Optional cloud control and remote access functionality are preferred.
  
  We prefer suppliers that already have an existing mobile APP platform that can be white labeled instead of developing a completely new APP from scratch.
  
  Power System
  
  The system will operate on 24V DC power supplies. Typical installations will include 24V LED power supplies such as Meanwell or equivalent quality power supplies. The system should support multiple power injection points for long roofline runs.
  
  Branding and OEM Requirements
  
  We are looking for an OEM or ODM manufacturer that can provide private label branding services. This includes custom logo branding on controller hardware, custom packaging, APP branding if available, and firmware customization if required.
  
  Certifications
  
  Products should support international certifications where possible including CE, FCC, RoHS, and UL.
  
  Production
  
  Initial order volumes may start smaller for product testing, but we expect to scale to large volume production. We are looking for a long term manufacturing partner.
